4. Replacement Policy

4.1 No Replacement for Damaged or Used Products

E-Godaam has a strict no replacement policy for products that are damaged after delivery or for products
that have been used. Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any
issues with the product that occur within the warranty period.

4.2 Return Requests

Returns are not accepted for products that have been used or are damaged post-delivery. If you receive a
defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss possible resolutions.

5. Delivery Information

5.1 Standard Delivery

Orders placed on E-Godaam will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery
times vary depending on the shipping address and the availability of the product. Typical delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days.

5.2 Fast Delivery

For expedited shipping, E-Godaam offers a Fast Delivery option at an additional cost. Orders selected for
Fast Delivery will be delivered within 3 hours of order confirmation, subject to availability and geographical constraints.
The cost of Fast Delivery will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of the package.
Standard delivery charges are included in the price of the product, while Fast Delivery incurs additional fees.

6. Order Processing

6.1 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase, including order number,
product information, and delivery estimates. This confirmation signifies that we have received your order and are processing it.

6.2 Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

E-Godaam exclusively accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the method of payment. Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
We do not accept credit/debit cards or online payment options at this time.

While we do not handle electronic transactions, we ensure that all aspects of Cash on Delivery are managed securely
by our delivery personnel. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made securely upon receipt of the product.
